IMPORTANT GRAD DATES

MAY 29, 2026 | GRADUATION REHEARSAL

Graduation rehearsal will take place during Periods 3 & 4. Information will be shared in homeroom on May 8th and 22nd. Gowns will be distributed after the graduation rehearsal. Students must be present to collect gown; other individuals are not allowed to pick up gowns for other students.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR THE GRADUATION REHEARSAL

JUNE 4, 2026 | GRADUATION CEREMONY

· Ceremony 9:00am-12:00pm

· Student arrival time is 8:00am (students will line up inside)

· Guest entry time is 8:30am (guests will line up outside)

· Location: Grey Eagle Resort and Casino

JUNE 4, 2026 | GRADUATION BANQUET

· Dinner and Dance 6:00am-11:00pm

· Doors open at 5:30pm

· Program begins at 6:00pm

· Location: Grey Eagle Resort and Casino

CEREMONY TICKET RESERVATIONS, ROUND #1: This will provide families an opportunity to reserve their initial 4 tickets per family. Follow instructions posted below.

MAY 5, 2026 – MAY 8, 2026

CEREMONY TICKET RESERVATIONS, ROUND #2: Subject to availability after Round #1 of ceremony ticket reservations, families MIGHT have an opportunity to reserve additional tickets.

BANQUET TICKET SALES, ROUND #1: Follow instructions posted below.

MAY 12, 2026 – MAY 15, 2026

BANQUET TICKET SALES, ROUND #2: Subject to availability after Round #1 of banquet ticket purchasese families MIGHT have an opportunity to purchase additional tickets.

CEREMONY TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are complimentary but are required for entry due to venue capacity limits.

Ticket Release Dates:

· Round 1: *** Updated to April 22, 5:00 PM to Friday, April 24, 5:00 PM (maximum of 4 guest tickets)

· Round 2: May 5, 8 AM to Friday, May 8, 5:00 PM (additional tickets, if available)

Graduand Ticket:

ALL Graduates must log onto the ticketing platform to confirm THEIR attendance on gradation day.

Guest Tickets:

Initial limit: maximum of 4 guest tickets per family
No assigned seating (first-come, first-served)
Tickets are required for entry to the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino
For families requesting additional guest tickets, any remaining guest tickets will be made available on May 5.
All tickets will be scanned at entry.
Families may indicate accessibility seating needs during checkout.

Tickets for both the ceremony and banquet will be distributed through the online platform TipToe. Families will also receive these instructions via SchoolMessenger.

How to Confirm Attendance and Select Ceremony Tickets:

Go to the Graduation page on the school website. On our school website, go to the “Teaching & Learning” section and then click on “Graduation”. There is also a link on the home page.
Click “Ceremony Tickets”.
Select “Buy Tickets”.
Under “Have an Offer Code,” enter the student’s CBE Student ID and click “Unlock.” *ACCESS CODE IS YOUR CBE ID NUMBER*
Confirm you (the Graduand) are attending or not attending the graduation ceremony.
Select up to four guest tickets (Round 1). You will be able to indicate if any guests require wheelchair accessibility. (Seating will be limited to one seat for the guest who requires accessibility seating, and one seat for the support person.)
Add to Cart.
Enter personal information (verify your email carefully).
Click “Complete Checkout.”
Tickets (with QR codes) will be sent via email and phone (if you select this option) and can be added to Apple Wallet or transferred.
Click “Home” and return to the Main Menu.

BANQUET TICKET INFORMATION

Ticket cost: $115 (including GST) per banquet ticket and are non-refundable.
To purchase Banquet tickets, students must have all school fees paid in full by Friday, April 17. A “HOLD” will be placed on purchasing banquet tickets for the student until all fees have been paid. Any fees paid after this date will result in the possibility of not being able to purchase tickets on the first day of sales. Please contact Karen Friel (kafriel@cbe.ab.ca) if you have problems with paying your fees online.
All tables seat 10 people. Guests from other parties may be seated with you, if you purchase less than 10 tickets at a table.

Ticket Purchase Dates:

Round 1: April 28, 8 AM, to Friday, May 1, 5:00 PM
Round 2: May 12, 8 AM, to Friday, May 15, 5:00 PM – if available

How to Purchase Banquet Tickets:

Select “Buy Tickets” – they are $115 (including GST). ALL GUESTS, including the Graduand, must purchase a ticket.
Under “Have an Offer Code”, please enter your CBE Student ID and click “Unlock”. This will ensure that you receive tickets according to the student’s name and ID. *ACCESS CODE IS YOUR CBE ID NUMBER*
Click on the table that you wish to sit at and select the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Add to Cart.
Check out and enter your personal information for tickets. Verify your email address carefully. **At the time of purchase, please state each guest name and any severe allergies/dietary needs, or wheelchair accessibility requirements.
Click “Complete Checkout”. Payment can be made by Debit, Visa, or Mastercard.
Tickets will be sent to your email and phone (if you select this option) and will be required at the entrance on the night of the event.
