Good Evening Parents, Caregivers, Students and Guardians,

As we begin the spring sports season, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all of the incredible coaches who volunteer countless hours to support our student-athletes. Their dedication, passion, and mentorship have made a lasting impact on our teams and our school community. Whether it is early morning practices, late-night games and weekend tournaments, or the time spent motivating and guiding our athletes, our coaches have gone above and beyond.

I was cc'd on an email from a parent, who no longer has a student at CMHS but still felt compelled to share their appreciation.

"I just wanted to express my appreciation for the past few seasons. We enjoyed cheering hard when our son played. I just wanted to say that I am in awe and say ‘thank you’ for all the dedicated coaches our son has had at CMHS.

We know how hard it is to keep spirits high when buckets don’t sink, or games don’t go their way . We do miss watching the Rams play. #findthegood – when a season ends coaches can have their mornings and evenings back after all the hard work they did for their team.

Thank you coaches for doing what you do!"

It’s messages like these that remind us of the positive influence our coaches have, not only on our athletes but on our broader community. The sportsmanship, resilience, and growth of our students shown on and off the court or field are a direct reflection of the mentorship they receive.

Thank you once again to all of our sports coaches – your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly fortunate to have you as part of the CMHS family.
